Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
While we strive to maintain our standard processing time, there may be slight delays during peak shopping periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep delays to a minimum and ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.

3. Cut-off Time Explanation
Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. This cut-off time determines whether your order will be processed on the same day or the next business day.
Examples:
- If you place an order at 2:00 PM (EST), it will typically be processed the same day.
- If you place an order at 6:30 PM (EST), it will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day. This ensures that all orders are handled efficiently and accurately by our fulfillment team.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with well-established and trusted shipping carriers. Depending on your location and the specifics of your order, we may use one of the following carriers:
